1. Technical requirements

1.1. The website www.SunriseStamp.com is available in commonly used web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.

1.2. Use of the platform requires a browser with cookies enabled.

2. Prices

2.1. All products are shown with gross prices. Buyers outside Poland may be charged customs fees in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Product availability and delivery

3.1. Before placing an order, the website shows the estimated delivery time.

3.2. After purchase, within one business day, an e-mail will be sent with the confirmed delivery date, no later than 14 days from the order date.

3.3. Delivery in Poland by InPost parcel lockers - PLN 0.

4. Returns

4.1. To return purchased products, contact us and provide the basket/order number from the purchase summary e-mail.

4.2. The refund will be made within 14 days after the returned product reaches the company seat.

5. Complaints

5.1. To file a complaint, contact us, describe the reason, and provide the basket/order number and photo name from the purchase summary e-mail.

5.2. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days from submission.

5.3. The result will be sent by e-mail.
