1. Technical requirements

1.1. The website www.SunriseStamp.com is available in commonly used web browsers on desktop and mobile devices.

1.2. Use of the platform requires a browser with cookies enabled.

2. Prices

2.1. All products and add-ons are displayed in Polish zloty (PLN) as gross prices.

3. Product availability and delivery

3.1. Before placing an order, the website shows the estimated delivery time.

3.2. After purchase, within one business day, an e-mail will be sent with the confirmed delivery date, no later than 14 days from the order date.

4. Right of withdrawal

4.1. SunriseStamp products are made to the customer’s specification, in particular with a selected number, name or message, and are intended to meet the customer’s individual needs.

4.2. Under Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to such non-prefabricated and personalised products.

4.3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not limit the customer’s rights when goods do not conform to the contract or the right to make a complaint.

5. Complaints

5.1. A complaint may be made in particular when the product does not match the order, is defective or was damaged in transit.

5.2. Send the complaint to office@sunrisestamp.com, describe the problem and provide the basket or order number. In the event of transport damage, photos of the product and packaging are helpful.

5.3. The seller will respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint. The result will be sent by e-mail.

6. Payments

6.1. Payments in PLN are handled by Tpay.
